San Francisco's Annual Buddhist Arts Festival

Welcome to Buddha's Delight---three unique evenings of entertainment on themes like impermanence, psychedelics, war, meditation, birth & death: The program includes solo performance, films, dance, comedy, music, ritual, and poetry---by some of the Bay Area's most talented artists. Price of admission ($12 -$50 sliding scale) includes a free introductory meditation day. The nightly program will also include a short ritual incorporating well-wishing for suffering in the world. All are welcome. October 31 - November 2 at The Marsh.

Other events in October/November this year include an exhibition of Buddhist painting and sculpture Nov. 15, and lectures on art & Buddhism.

Located in the heart of the Mission District, the volunteer-run San Francisco Buddhist Center provides low-cost meditation and yoga classes, a supportive environment for Buddhist practice, and space for local artists and writers to showcase their work.
