We are staffed by members of our community who give their time and energy to support the work of this Center. Therefore e-mail and voicemail don't get checked everyday.

Please make inquiries well in advance (email preferred) and be patient with us -- we are an almost entirely volunteer-run organization.

Once or twice a month we e-mail upcoming Center events and announcements, which you can receive automatically by filling in your information below. Email addresses are for class/event announcements only. We do not release e-mail addresses to anyone and emails contain an unsubscribe link which you can use at any time.

If you need to drop off a check for a deposit or payment, you can put it in the mail slot in the silver gate if no one is at the SFBC.

The center is wheel chair accessible, located in San Francisco's Mission district between 21st and 22nd streets, between Valencia and Mission streets. The 24th Street BART station is 2 blocks away. The 26 Valencia, 14 Mission, and 49 Van Ness buses stop nearby. We recommend taking public transportation. If you are driving here are directions and some other information.
